The existing wood retaining wall was dismantled entirely by hand, and the new wall was installed slightly forward to reduce excavation and overall costs. Due to narrow access from the front yard to the backyard, materials were transferred using small equipment only, allowing the work to be completed efficiently while minimizing site disturbance.
